Through the ceremony, efforts were made to dialogue with all responsible people, organisation, and governments of various states bordering Chambal, including the center, to connect all dedicated dacoits with the Prime Minister’s ‘Clean India Mission’ and ‘Ideal Village Scheme’, and to re-green the desolate beehad that is losing its existence, and establish a record in the field of environment! After nearly two years of effort, inspired by actor Irrfan Khan’s film Paan Singh Tomar, many former dacoits and their families were connected with many social concerns such as environmental conservation.
Change– A decrease is being seen in the hunting of wildlife, cutting of green trees, and illegal mining. Also, meaningful changes have come in protecting the biodiversity of a very large area around the Chambal River. Under this program, the central government and the concerned state governments were also written letters to cooperate on the following points.
