The Shri Kalpataru Organisation has had the privilege of contributing to environmental conservation through various programs with the police department for years. These include guidance and cooperation from police constables to senior officers in various campaigns.
Recently, a “Back to Roots” program was organized in Lamba village in Tonk district of Rajasthan. In which the sixth chief and global leader of the United Nations Environment Program, Honorable Erik Solheim, arrived as the chief guest. Inspired by him, the inauguration of the Khaki Warriors campaign was done under the leadership of the Honorable Superintendent of Police with Tonk Police. In the first phase, it was implemented at the district level. Under which meaningful results were obtained. Seeing this, now meaningful efforts are being made to take it forward with other security agencies’ institutions along with the police department.
Under the motto of the police department “For Service – For Security”, under the joint auspices of the police department and the Shri Kalpataru Organisation, through the annual campaign, the sentiment of creating trust among the common people and creating fear among the criminals is also being awakened along with environmental conservation, cleanliness, women’s dignity, women’s safety.
